We are a unique and beautiful converted factory space with a view of the Statue of Liberty and NYC skyline. Our venue can accommodate between 100- 200 plus, depending on the season, with a buy out minimum of 80 guests (4 hr Minimum). We are also available for semi-private events, if your group is smaller (35 guest / 3 hr min).

Pricing Outline
Full buy outs are a 4 hours minimum, with option to extend. Cost is $38 per person, per hour, which includes open bar, specialty cocktails, and full menu. Included in open bar are a range of well cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and a specialty cocktail, curated by our mixology team. Our staff will work with you to develop specialty cocktails, printed on special menus! There are no fees other than tax and 20% gratuity.

We offer a five course menu, consisting of charcuterie, bruschetta, salads, pizza, and dessert.

CHARCUTERIE
• Assorted cured meats, and imported cheeses, homemade focaccia, olives, and seasonal provisions.

BRUSCHETTE
• Honey truffle, ricotta, and micro greens on charred Sullivan Street Filone.
• Meatball, tomato, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano.

SALADS
• Charred beet, ricotta, arugula, cracked pepper
• Radicchio, endive, pistachio, citrus
• Baby gem, squash, homemade shallot vinaigrette

PIZZA
All of our different pizzas cut into smaller slices so everyone can mix and match!

DESSERTS
Assorted cake options, including dark chocolate fudge, tiramisu, red velvet, toasted almond and carrot. You are welcome to bring a special dessert or cake for the occasion, which we will serve during dessert course.

FAQs

What Does Semi-Private Event Mean?

For smaller parties, we offer either a portion of, or the entire inside or outside space (weather permitting). This allows us to offer your group a semi private event, and still be open to the public. We are a very spacious establishment, so semi private is a great, cost effective option for smaller parties. Menu and pricing are the same as above, with a 35 guest/3 hr minimum.

What Does Option To Extend Mean?

After the four hour buy out minimum is met, you are welcome to extend the party, and switch over to a bar tab or cash bar. Because we are not only an event space, we don’t have a hard stop policy. This means, your guests are welcome to stay, and we can charge per head, start a tab, or a cash bar where guests pay separately.

Some Of My Guests Have Food Preferences And Allergies. Can You Accommodate?

We are happy to accommodate any dietary preferences or needs (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc.), and can adjust menu accordingly.

Are There A Lot Of Options For Buy Outs?

We typically limit our buy outs to 2 events per month, on alternating weekends, so we are able to stay open to the public. We announce closure the week before, but it can often get missed, so we try to limit the number of days we need to turn people away for a private event. Semi-private events are much more flexible.

I’ve Decided To Book My Event. What Are Next Steps?

Once we’ve locked in a date and time, we will send you a one page invoice, which reserves your date. We don’t require any payment upfront unless someone inquires about/ requests the same date. In this case, we would require a 10% non-refundable deposit.

When Do We Need To Give The Official Head Count?

We ask for an official count 2 days before the event. This will be the final count reflected on your invoice. Payment is due the day of event.

What Is Buffet Style Compared To Family Style?

Menu can be served buffet or sit down family style, depending on preference. We are also able to mix and match i.e. buffet cocktail hour, sit down meal. Typically more casual events such as birthday, anniversary parties, baby showers, bat mitzvahs, and late night dance parties, are served buffet, while more formal occasions, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, etc., are sit down meals. Buffet is large platters of each course placed on our huge buffet table. Guests help themselves, and the food is replenished until everyone stops eating! We bring pizzas over to clusters of guests as well. Family style consists of long tables with 10-12 place settigs. Meal is table service with large portions placed in front of every group of 4. Either way is a feast and we are always praised for our delicious food!

I Want To Do My Wedding After Party At Hoek. What Are My Options?

Liberty Warehouse is a short walk away, and we are happy to host your after party bash! After parties are $45 per person/ per hour (50 guest/2 hr minimum). This includes open bar from 11pm to 4am. DJs and other forms of entertainment are welcome, and food packages available upon request. There is a $450 per hr wait fee for parties starting after 11pm. This covers overhead costs for the time between the restaurant closing and the after party. Unfortunately, pricing structure is non-negotiable, as this is essentially a late night buy out. For comprable late night spots, check out Sunny’s or San Pedro. These venues are already open late, and can potentially host without the added overhead cost.

Is There A Music Hook Up? Can We Bring Our Own?

We can play your Spotify playlist or any musical genre of your choice. For louder, more danceable music, we recommend a live band or DJ.

Can We Come Early To Set Up Flowers?

Yes! A full buy out gives you full day access. You or your vendors, family/friends can come as early as you’d like to decorate. For semi-private, you are welcome to come early as well for flower, balloon, favor set up etc.
